Far From Perfect

hello my Lovely!

Sarah has a half-hour of free time now, so I thought I'd take advantage of the time I had.

I know I tell you all the time that I love you, but there is a lot more that I feel I don't say.

I look around at my life and see how blessed I am, it's all because of you! First and foremost, I don't think I could have ever humbled myself enough to go back to church had it not been for your amazing example.

When you left to North Carolina, I never thought I was doing too bad, but all the changes you made, helped me realize the changes I needed to make.

I am still far from perfect, but you continue to be my shining example! I am amazed and proud of your love for the scriptures! The way you just pull them out and read, just because you want to! I love your spirit and the help it is to me!

Secondly, I love you for your strength! Things have not been exactly easy in our first seven months of marriage. We have had to deal with family funerals that we could not attend, new family members that we have yet to see and finally, all the joys, fears, apprehensions and sorrow that comes from finding out we're pregnant and then the complications and loss of that pregnancy. Yet through all this you continue to be my beacon of strength. You bring me flowers, and chocolate, and just hold me and let me cry. You are amazing!

There are so many more things I wish I could say to you! You really are the most wonderful and amazing husband! I am grateful for the trials and fights and distances that we have been through, because they have brought us to where we are today! And there isn't anywhere I would be than right here, with you loving me!

When I say that I love you, know that I mean a million more things, only a fraction of which I have been able to share. There are no words to express it all, so that is what I am trying to say, when I say...

I LOVE YOU!

and I mean it all, every time!

 Dear Ryan,  You're delightful and a real treat to be around, a regular jack who's so down to earth. What you see is what you get with you. No pretenses, no false fronts, no ulterior motives or ill intentions. You're one to say what you're thinking with your eyes, you can never hide behind lies, and your sighs give you away. Although you're an exceptional actor, you shed those roles only to recreate yourself whenever you feel you need to. I suspect you've got some secrets and perhaps you very well could be a demon in disguise. But I seriously doubt the dark side of you isn't just as beautiful as the light side. You're no one's fool and you're fooling no one. You've simply got to walk in any room and your energy speaks for itself.
