Serene Yet Savage

Ryan,

Act Sixteen, Chapter Sixteen entitled 'Angelic Sunrise' will be a complex and heart breaking chapter. 

You said he gave you everything a material boy could want, yet it wasn't everything. It wasn't so much about what he gave you, but more so about how he made you feel. He gave you the world, yet it wasn't about all that, it was the words he used that slowly crushed your spirit. He was serene yet savage with his language.

You tie this in well with another Oz quote, "Why, you're nothing but a great big coward!" Sadly, he calls you a coward and a failure when you gave up so much to live with him.

I feel you should never have to explain why you deserve to be spoken to with respect and treated with human decency. You should never allow anyone, even if it's someone you love, to talk down to you, hurt you, or strip you of who you are in order to gain power over you. That isn't love, and it sure as hell isn't how you should ever be treated.

Make yourself your top priority, don't be afraid to lose people, be afraid to lose yourself for holding someone who can destroy you.

In the end he sought to destroy you, with his words and his actions. 

Then you flipped the script and found that the words of everyone one else showed you exactly who he was. The irony is beautiful and somehow poetic justice prevails on your side. 

The chapter will be thick with small town gossip and trash talk. Ugly, yet a chapter that will expose you and him for who you really are.

I feel I can piece this together nicely with all the content from your blog. 

I'll send you a rough draft early next week. I'll need all the feedback you can give me, and we may need to revisit it sooner, rather than later.

 Dear Ryan,  You're delightful and a real treat to be around, a regular jack who's so down to earth. What you see is what you get with you. No pretenses, no false fronts, no ulterior motives or ill intentions. You're one to say what you're thinking with your eyes, you can never hide behind lies, and your sighs give you away. Although you're an exceptional actor, you shed those roles only to recreate yourself whenever you feel you need to. I suspect you've got some secrets and perhaps you very well could be a demon in disguise. But I seriously doubt the dark side of you isn't just as beautiful as the light side. You're no one's fool and you're fooling no one. You've simply got to walk in any room and your energy speaks for itself.
