Dark Hearts

Could he truly be the last of his kind, the only one with such purity? Not for long. Not in a place like this. Not in a kingdom ridden with nothing but dark and devious hearts. Not in a land of black characters with ulterior motives.

The melancholy and forlorn prince, despite all odds, had remained pure in heart, mind and soul. Even his father, the king, was corrupt and evil. As was his mother, the queen.

The prince chose to leave his kingdom, in an earnest expedition to find another who perhaps may possess a heart, mind and soul similar to his. He ventured out alone, unprepared for the deeper darkness that existed beyond the borders of his wretched kingdom.

Despite the forces set against this brave young prince, his purity protected him from the evils that presented themselves. Each were defeated, unable to withstand such a bright and burning soul. As each enemy approached the prince with evil intent, all were vanquished and cast back into the darkness, defeated by the unfamiliar and blessed light that shone from every part of the valiant prince.

Having conquered the foes behind him, the prince stumbled upon another kingdom, far away from his own. He was severely disappointed to observe that this kingdom was much like his own, dark and gloomy with a heaviness that hung like smoke in the air.

However threatening it appeared, the prince was drawn to the center of the kingdom, to the castle. He ventured, unstopped by the forces that sought to protect the royalty that inevitably existed inside. He crossed each threshold, gracefully and undaunted, secure in knowing that the differences between he and every other entity would protect him valiantly.

When faced with the king and the queen, he began to quiver, for here, at the heart of the kingdom lay the darkest of the hearts.

The king spoke boldly and menacingly. "Who of such brightness and disgusting brilliance dares to come before me?!?!"

The prince spoke meekly. "I am a prince from a foreign kingdom much like yours. I am seeking someone like I. Someone vastly different from every other soul who exists within my kingdom and yours. Do you know of any who may possess a brightness and brilliance such as mine??"

Girl Who Deserves A Chance

Ryan, You asked me once, "Why do people love me?" I'll tell you why... Your energy is what makes people fall in love with you. It's how you make them feel. It is not your body, your money or your looks that make you magnetic. What makes you unforgettable is how you transform the hearts of people around you with your simple presence. That is your energy, that is your power, and that is why people love you. Jessica,     the girl who deserves a chance...

Backstage Stooge

Dear Ryan,  You're delightful and a real treat to be around, a regular jack who's so down to earth. What you see is what you get with you. No pretenses, no false fronts, no ulterior motives or ill intentions. You're one to say what you're thinking with your eyes, you can never hide behind lies, and your sighs give you away. Although you're an exceptional actor, you shed those roles only to recreate yourself whenever you feel you need to. I suspect you've got some secrets and perhaps you very well could be a demon in disguise. But I seriously doubt the dark side of you isn't just as beautiful as the light side. You're no one's fool and you're fooling no one. You've simply got to walk in any room and your energy speaks for itself. You're one of a kind, and don't tell anyone, but I think my heart might become rather fond of you. Your co-star and backstage stooge, Jonah D.
